Additionally, the conditions of the new room were uncomfortable due to a lack of proper maintenance, leaving me quite frustrated.

Request a room on a higher floor to limit noise from children or guests in the hallways, especially during late hours.

the hotel has a fabulous concept of locking guests out of their rooms, it’s truly remarkable! i mean, what’s a little danger around a toddler! a complimentary upgrade woudl ve been nice, but it seems this place doesn’t do things like that. almost gave a good review, just couldn’t.
